  • Boil the eggs, peel when cool and slice in halves.
  • Wash lettuce then pat dry with paper towel.
  • Stack the lettuce cups in pairs to create four bowls.
  • Arrange cucumber, avocado, smoked salmon and eggs on lettuce cups
  • Grind on pepper and sprinkly with herbs of choice.
